A cute story about two individuals who stand by each other through good times and bad, eventually finding the kind of sincere, beautiful love that completes them!

I love Debra's books because she not only tells a story but, with her descriptive writing style, she takes you into the story and you feel part of it. This story about Cooper and Beth Lee who are both carrying baggage, explores their problems, has suspense, humour and brings out the best of the community as they rally round Beth Lee. Beth Lee was escaping from problems but encountered more when she came to Ransom Creek - but one cheeky little goat brings two people together who can help each other deal with past problems ... and present ones! I don't like reading reviews where the whole story line is given so I am not going to do that - but I can encourage you to buy this book if you like good clean wholesome romance with a great storyline, believable characters and charming cowboys. This is book 3 in the series but each book can be read as a standalone, however, if you are like me you will not be able to wait to read the rest of the series. I was given an ARC copy of this book but there was no pressure to review and it did not colour my opinion of this book in the slightest.

Loved this story. I liked the main characters. The goats and the calendar are hilarious 😂. I also liked Cooper's family. All the teasing and telling it like it is. The mystery aspects were entertaining as well. I think Debbie is now one of my favorite authors.
