Pranked by Love (#LovePranks Book 2) Kindle Edition
1) Thou shalt prank the Dudes, thy beautiful fraternity neighbors, all day, every day.
2) Thou shalt not lose thy heart to them: no fraternizing with the arch-frat-enemy.
Minor complication #1: Saki gets warm all over whenever she sees Picasso, the dark-haired, hyper-sensual painting student with bright grey eyes over there in the Dude den.
Minor complications #2-5: Picasso is head-over-heels for Saki, has an obsessive personality, and craves working her up. He brushes up against her, so close she shivers. Soon, he even visits her at night!
Saki and Picasso’s attraction is electric, and their relationship flingtastic.
How long can they keep it hidden when they’re clearly star-crossed lovers the prankster way!
But their problems fade when every seedy detail of the Dude/Blossom prank war is outed in a newspaper article. Now, all efforts are put into finding the mole, fighting with the arch-frat-enemy… and avoid being deemed guilty.
It's just another day on Blossom Field Avenue #246 and #247.
Complete standalone book 2 in the #LovePranks series, following the love & insane shenanigans of the Iota Fraternity... and their neighbors, the Blossom girls.

About the author

Sunniva Dee is a USA Today and Amazon top 100 bestselling author with an eclectic taste in books. Born and raised in Norway, Sunniva lived in the United States for 17 years before returning to the mothership. She currently dwells at the midst of a glittering Nordic winter, where she sucks inspiration from trolls and barn gnomes and cold little mermaids popping their heads out of the fjords. Oh, and Spotify. Always Spotify.
Sunniva dabbles in literary romance, romantic comedy, contemporary romance, young adult fiction, new adult fiction, dark romance, and paranormal. Unlike some authors, she was not raised by fairies, and unlike others, she’s not also a musician. But she boasts a ridiculous sense of humor and an obsession with furry mammals, both evident in the #1 bestseller, the rom-com LOVE BY PRANKS. Not only was it hilarious, it had a fabulous story with sizzling chemistry, a dose of angst and an intriguing mystery. I loved Saki and Picasso in book one and their story did not disappoint.
An unputdownable, highly recommended read.
As I said in my review of book 1, I am not a RomCom person. I like my books broody and angsty and slow-burning and emotional.
But.
The characters in this series are just so fun to read! They are each so unique and each adds their je ne sais quoi to the mix creating a perfect balance.
I think Saki might be my favorite. She is "the brain" and routinely gave "fun facts" during her inner monologues. She is also apparently of a mixed heritage, and that added something special to the story too.
Picasso is more reserved than his brethren, and I rather liked that. He obviously likes Sake, has for some time, and it's absolutely adorable, the gestures he shows her. Well, except the very first one that he wrapped...Lol! Oy...
Sunniva REALLY hit it out of the park with the chemistry between this couple. Picasso gave me SO many "AWWW!" moments. So. Many. He is absolutely PERFECT.
And the big mystery that had BOTH houses on edge kept me GLUED to the pages. I thought I knew the answer, but then I wasn't so sure, and I couldn't put it down until I KNEW. But then, something happened with Saki and Picasso, so I had to keep reading until I saw how that played out...I read this for a loooooong time and LOVED every minute.
This is book 2 in this series, focusing on a different couple, and while I don't know that it's 100% necessary to have read book 1, I would honestly say it's 80% necessary if you want to get the whole picture of the dynamic between the Blossoms and the Dudes, their pranks, etc.
I AM SO EXCITED FOR THE NEXT BOOK!!!
There’s plenty of humor , plenty of chemistry between the characters and over all great entertainment !!
Love, love, love it!
Going in i had no idea who the couple was going to be which was actually really cool. Once again I laughed out loud multiple times which did earn me some questionable looks when out in public. I loved how we had so many aspects going on in the story, we had the romance going on, the pranks being pulled and then the little mystery of who the rat was. Multiple levels which made for a highly entertaining read. Definitely recommend reading Love By Pranks first.

“I’ll tell you again, then. I’m in love with you. I dream about you when you’re not in my bed . Hell, I dream about you when you’re in my bed. Sweetest, if you feel anything remotely similar to what I’ve got going on in here”— he thumps over his heart with a closed fist—“ there’s no other choice than to be together.” -Picasso
Poetry it's not, but man it's romantic! This man is very different from Lucian in the previous book. You can't help but fall for Picasso hard...his heart and emotions are on his sleeve. He's so patient with Saki, who is closed off with a huge wall of emotions separating them. He gently works her with the finesse of a brilliant artist, and it's both hot and romantic. Saki is hard to love, but I get it. She's just not one to jump in head first and lives in a bit of denial. It safeguards her heart that way.
I love how the plot device to have them work together (sort of) is used again but in a very unique way. The pranks are harder, cringeworthy and utterly hilarious. This book is the most fun I've had in a long time. Here's for bigger pranks and outrageous love in book 3

(I was given this book in consideration of my honest thoughts)

The story follows the relationship between political science major, Saki, and art student, Orion (known as Picasso). The prank war between the Blossom girls and the Iota fraternity continues. After losing Kitty and Lucian as housemates, the members of both houses are even more adamant that there be no fraternization between the Blossoms and Iotas unless it's for a prank. But Picasso has been captivated by Saki for a while now, and she finds the quiet painter irresistible.
I really enjoyed this story. I definitely liked it better than book one. There was more depth overall and the characters were more developed as well. I loved Picasso and Saki and had no difficulty connecting with them. Humorous and sensual with a touch of mystery, the story was highly entertaining and so much fun.

Orion is a man with an artists soul and Saki brings light to his world. He loves her with his whole heart and wants to tell everyone about them but first he needs to convince Saki. When a prank becomes hurtful rather than funny and it causes a rift between these two lovers will they discover who the traitor is that lives amongst them before it is too late to repair the damage to their relationship?
This book still has the same humor and heat as the first book in the series, but the added emotion and mystery make it even better.

My college years were more than half a lifetime ago now, but Ms. Dee quickly takes me back there in this second book in this quirky series. I won't share any spoilers, but I was glad to find out that this book starred my favorite Dude as introduced in the first #LovePranks book. As with any Sunniva Dee book/series, you wouldn't have to have read the first book to enjoy this one fully - they can all easily be read as standalones - but why not treat yourself to all the fun? She is one of the most consistently great authors I have had the joy to come across, no matter what genre she is dipping into. You truly can't go wrong.
