The Philippine is ready to work with Russia on clinical trials and production of a vaccine for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), Malacañang said on Tuesday, after Moscow offered to supply Manila with vaccines once mass production started.
President Rodrigo Duterte accepted Russia’s offer of its Covid-19 vaccine and even offered himself as a test subject.
