THE government partnered with motorcycle taxi firm Angkas to provide free rides to medical frontliners in select hospitals in Metro Manila, one of several areas that had been placed anew under a two-week modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) due to the rising number of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases.
